Portable Socket-Outlets Mechanical Strength Tester
Product Introduction with Plug Socket Tester:
This testing device conforms to the standard of IEC60884-1 clause24.9 figure 29. It is used to test the mechanical strength of rewirable portable socket-outlet which is equipped with flexible cable. It has become an indispensable and important equipment in electrical accessories, household appliances manufacturer, quality inspection departments and R & D institution detected household electrical products.

Operation Procedure with Plug Socket Tester:
Rewirable multiple portable socket-outlets should be equipped with the lightest type of flexible cable of the smallest nominal cross-sectional area specified in Table 3.
Open the clamp forceps to clamp the specimen securely.
The free end of the flexible cable is fixed to a wall on the other end at a height of 750 mm above the floor.
Hold the specimen horizontally and then allow it to fall onto a concrete floor eight times, rotating the flexible cable through 45° at its fixing point after each fall.
After the test, the specimen shall not show any damage within the scope of this standard, especially no part should become detached or loosened.
Make relevant records after completing the test.
